New ice rink, seasonal rink or rental project
For a new project, the most useful starting information is the location, intended use, approximate ice size or available area, operating dates and whether the rink is indoor, covered or outdoor.
If available, also include site photos, electrical supply information and whether you are considering rental, purchase or both.
Equipment selection or replacement
Tell us what you are trying to achieve, not only the product name. For example: resurfacing a 1,200 m² rink, replacing a board system, adding remote control, selecting skates for a rental fleet or choosing refrigeration for a retrofit.
Useful information includes the application, rink dimensions, existing manufacturer/model, photos or drawings and the project location.
Service, fault or operating problem
For an existing installation, include the site name, equipment model, fault or alarm code, when the issue started and whether the rink can continue operating safely.
Temperature readings, photos of the controller, visible leaks, unusual noise and recent changes in weather or operation can significantly shorten diagnosis time.
Energy optimisation or modernisation
If the rink is operating but energy use, reliability or ice quality is unsatisfactory, send the existing refrigeration and control information together with operating hours, main ice use and any available energy or alarm history.
We can then determine whether the problem is more likely to require adjustment, hydraulic correction, controls, maintenance or a larger modernisation project.
